Jagdeesh is a results-focussed employment and family law, legal advisor. Jagdeesh is a non-solicitor, who comes from a background in charity and community sector legal advice and representation; with a people-based approach to helping and representing individuals with legal and official problems. His background is based on decades of helping vulnerable and disadvantaged people advocating for them on substantive legal and public sector matters (e.g. policing, housing, immigration, employment). Jagdeesh is not a qualified ‘solicitor’ or ‘ barrister’, and does not hold any formal qualification in law. Instead, he has over 10-years of hands-on active and continuing experience in employment and family litigation matters, with active experience in preparing cases and representing them directly in court and employment tribunals. Jagdeesh has appeared and presented evidence and spoken several times before House of Commons special committees, on various subjects. Jagdeesh Singh writes extensively on political, social, environmental and wider matters. His letters to editors, periodically appear in the UK national daily newspapers. He has an active online profile on various subjects, ranging from honour killings to racism, to the unrecognised role of Black, Arab & South Asian soldiers in Britain’s wars to national self-determination campaigns around the world.
