Following a period spent working as a paralegal on the Shipman Inquiry, Pippa qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and spent three years working as a company/commercial property specialist at a Manchester law firm. Pippa went on to spend ten years working in a mediation/dispute resolution role at Ombudsman Services, where much of her time was dedicated to resolving property related disputes. In 2019, Pippa returned to private practice as a solicitor with ConwayMcColl Solicitors, bringing her extensive experience as a solicitor to the employment law team. She provides support to her colleagues in all aspects of employment law, advising both employees and employers. With knowledge gained working in both legal and non-legal environments, Pippa is able to offer both a commercial and legal insight into matters.
