My wife and I were looking for someone to re-draft our wills for us and we found Quality Solicitors Yates & Co. Having carried out a small amount of research on the company we phoned to make an appointment and from then every step of the process was handled professionally and quicky. Michael palmer who managed the process for us could not have been nicer; he answered all our questions thoroughly and took the time to understand our circumstances so he could meet our needs. He was also very friendly which made what can be an uncomfortable process much easier than we initially thought. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Yates and Michael.

Excellent service
I recently had a new will drafted at Yates Solicitors in Nottingham. This was done during Free Wills month. I noted that Yates were the only local firm participating in this excellent and worthwhile service. My business was dealt with by Michael Palmer who explained jargon to me patiently whilst assisting me in setting up my wishes. I found Michael to be friendly and efficient whilst remaining throughly professional. I recommend this firm and will definitely use Michael again should I need to make changes or indeed for any other legal matter.

Exceptional Service
Yates & Co were a firm of solicitors participating in "free will month" for March 2024. As I needed to change my will I contacted them and cannot praise highly enough the service I received from this firm of solicitors in particular Michael Palmer who dealt with my will. He was professionalism personified from day one to the day my final will was sent to me for signature and witnessing. The contents of the will were exactly as I had requested and the whole process was completed very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm of solicitors to anyone.

Five Star Service
Michael Palmer recently drafted a will for me.
I was very impressed with the service I received.
He was professional, yet friendly and approachable and made the whole process as agreeable as it could be given the subject matter!
Michael offered really sound and useful advice about things I hadn't considered regarding my will, and explained complex legal jargon clearly.
He was extremely patient with all the questions I asked and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I would highly recommend him!

Free Will
Michael was really great at explaining our options and choices and took us through everything in simple steps that are complex
Free Will we was excellent as it still gave us a less expensive will than if we had gone down the normal route highly recommend

We received excellent service from Michael Palmer
We received excellent service from Michael Palmer whilst updating our Wills and obtaining Powers of Attorney for both myself and my husband. I would like to add that Michael was polite and pleasant and explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. The business was completed in a professional manner with a minimum of fuss while at the same time in a friendly manner. We would definitely recommend both Michael and the Company and will also use the Company again should the need arise
