Darren has worked in the Social Housing sector for over 20 years. During this time, he has taken a strategic lead on tenancy enforcement, community safety and early intervention projects. This includes all aspects of Housing Management Practice, ASB prevention, Safeguarding and Consultancy Services. Much of Darren's work has focused upon identifying and supporting vulnerable people within the housing environment. He has a proven track record of consulting with Tenants and Community Groups to ensure that they are actively involved in neighbourhood-based projects, decision making and policy development. Partnership working is one of Darren's key strengths and he has overseen successful collaborations between Housing Providers, local stakeholders and service users. Many of these have been held up as good practice examples and shared elsewhere in the sector.
