David is a senior Solicitor with extensive experience of litigation work; including property litigation acting for both landlords and tenants; personal injury matters including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability; commercial disputes and professional negligence. David also undertakes family work, including applications for contact with children and financial matters arising from divorces; and has additionally dealt with probate work and cases involving contested Wills. David’s all-round experience gives him insight into the issues and he has an eye for detail. He has acquired extensive knowledge of Court procedure, frequently undertakes Court advocacy and negotiates settlements in many disputes. He has an empathy with people and sees it as his responsibility to advise clients at the outset if the case is not watertight or outside his area of expertise; and to negotiate the best possible outcome for the client at minimal cost to the client.
