We had 4 working days to sort out Power of Attorney paperwork and rewrite a will. Ruby went above and beyond to make this happen, which included home visits on three consecutive (cold, wet and rainy) evenings. Ruby was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with (my mother is 93).

Helpful and sensitive advice
Ruby provided excellent advice about the Will of my terminally ill partner and was incredibly efficient in producing a new Will. It was touching that, when she came for the Will to be signed, she brought a large bunch of sunflowers!
