I've been put in a situation by a surveyor on my first property purchase and came across the business and called their helpline. I can't tell you how much of a help they've been, particularly Sian. I explained the situation to them and they gave me advice, with an option to spend some money. After hearing my situation fully I got the impression they weren't out to just generate money, but actually help me and she advised she can do some paid work for me, or give me some advice and do myself, with scope to return if I needed if it gets to that point. She very kindly has helped me and if things go to the next stage I have no problems in going to her for some support and paid services but she went out of her way to help me as best she could without being a paying client which fills me with confidence that they would have my best interests at heart should i require at a later stage. Thank you so much guys, really appreciate your support in a world that is out to get everyone! Thank you Sian, I hope the rest of your team have same approach as you do.
