If my clients tell me I’ve done a great job then there is no better reward or motivation. Land Registry Change
A great team at Blanchards Bailey, with Mark Taylor dealing with my request.
I required title deeds to be ammended, and after looking online, noticed it to be a bit too complicated.
Mark was more than happy to help, and the process was extremely streamlined and completed within the week!

House moves
We were very fortunate to be represented by Mark Taylor.
We used Mark to purchase our house in Sturminster, the sale of the same house and then the purchase of our new home in Sussex.
Some of our dealings with purchasers and indeed vendors were far from simple , but Mark has the experience , manner and sense of humour to quietly move everything and everyone in the right direction.
Without him , it would certainly have been very easy to simply pull out of our last move.
We cannot recommend him highly enough.
