I had an incredibly negative experience with this company. Communication was poor from the beginning — calls were not returned, and to make matters worse, they failed to show up for the scheduled trial for my brother without any notice or explanation.

The owner/director, Nassar, was particularly difficult to deal with — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid using this company. There are far more reliable and respectful options out there.

SOON as Nassar found out he was going guilty, he made nil contact with family, or the customer himself! Unless you are running trial and Nassar/company know they are making money they are not interested thats my opinion to how we was made to feel.
