Amazing help!
Samantha was extremely helpful with our house sale. We had awkward deeds that we didn’t understand but she made us feel so calm about the whole process and explained it all in simple terms for us to easily understand!
All communication was extremely quick and professional, highly recommend!

Fast and Professional House Sale
I was in a position of finally selling an inherited house and as I was struggling to find a Solicitor that would not prolong the process and charge for every call above one a week during that process. I asked the Estate Agent who without hesitation recommended Vincents, and I am so please they did. Right from the start they turned everything around as soon as they had it in the inbox. No time wasting at all and the whole process from first offer to completion took 2.5 months, even though the 2 weeks of Xmas got in the way! Vincents obviously are a very thorough and efficient team and make the most of technology available to speed up the process and they show what can be done. They have a very strong and effective team and were all very reassuring during the whole process.

Highly recommend!!
We had been recommended this solicitor from our estate agent and they did not disappoint . Everything was done rapidly and within the time scale provides .
I would like to personally recommend Kieran as he went above and beyond on the completion date as he was dealing with this alone and ran into issues with the bank but managed to get it sorted before the end of working day!

Quick & Efficient Purchase of New Home
We used Vincent's Law to purchase our first home. Everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Speed was of the essence as we faced eviction from a rental property and the purchase of our new home was dealt with efficiently and without delay. We couldn't recommend Samantha Keeley and Kieran McGahey more highly.

Lovely first time home buying experience!
I dealt with both Samantha and Kieron throughout buying our first family home, they were both informative, professional and helpful.
Samantha answered any questions we had throughout the process and made sure the transaction was smooth and easy. I can’t thank her enough for making buying our home stress free. I had direct contact with Samantha for my purchase and knew what stage we were at throughout due to the exceptional communication from both her and her team.
It was lovely to deal with both of them at Vincent’s and they are a credit to the firm, would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancer.

Bought my first home
Had a very easy stress free experience buying our house with the help of Vincent’s solicitors Poulton-Le-Fylde. Had the help of both Samantha and Rebecca, both lovely helpful ladies. Would definitely recommend for friends and family.

Brilliant service from the Poulton team!
Samantha and Kieran were professional and efficient throughout our experience with Vincents!
We had heard horror stories from our friends using other firms for their conveyancing, but they made our first house purchase as simple as possible for us.
They were kind and patient throughout the process and we even recommended them to our friends, who also had a great experience!
