Tier 2 General Extension
We are a large Multi National Company, operating in the U.K. for over 30 years. We have been working with Tony Shergill for over 25 years now and he is our go to person for any and all matters relating to Immigration.
Over these 25 years Tony have had a 100% Success Rate and have always come through for us.
Only last week we had to extend a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa for one of our employee along with 4 dependant kids. The whole application process from filling the application forms to receiving the Home Office approval took only 3 working days. Tony stayed back till 11 p.m. to submit the application which not only speaks volume of his professionalism but also duty of care towards his client.
Tony's knowledge of Immigration Law is second to none and his approach is refreshing and he is tenacious. The best thing is that Tony is just one phone call away be it late evenings or weekends.

TONY SHERGILL IS A PURE GENIUS
Having worked as a senior minister of religion in various large sikh Gurdwara's in the UK, I have come across lots of immigration lawyers all over the UK.
But I have to say there is only one Tony Shergill, a unique kind solicitor who puts his heart and soul into every part of the client experience day and night.
Tony was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process, ensuring that I understood every step. He addressed all my questions with patience and clarity, which greatly eased my concerns after being let down by other solicitors who didn't have the skill set or capabilities to deliver results.
