I cannot highly recommend Barcan + Kirby solicitors enough , especially Fiona Dabell.
Fiona took my case on in April 2019. I found her extremely professional , very empathetic, honest and supportive at all times. Kept me informed and updated throughout. When I dealt with Fiona she made me feel like I was her only client (obviously this is not the situation). This is a measure of her dedication to her clientele. I am immensely grateful for the settlement she achieved for me. I am going to miss the regular contact we had as Fiona has been a pillar of support over the last three years especially through the difficult times. I can’t thank you enough Fiona.

i am very satisfied with how Fiona dealt with my case that took longer than anticipated due to having two dependents not quite in, her patience and empathy was outstanding. i had earlier been dealt with in an equally good manner by Adrian and Mark

Medical Negligence.
I decided to consult Barcan + Kirby with regard to a possible claim for medical negligence after reading many positive client reviews.
On my initial visit when I presented my synopsis of events I was given very clear and helpful advice by Adrian, now retired, and by everyone else that became involved.
My case was against two defendants, this did not help because one was a great deal slower than the other in responding throughout the entire process but with the very competent Fiona at the helm we came to a very successful conclusion. I should add that I had health problems during the legal process and I think Fiona deserves a medal for the patience and tactful manner in which she handled everything.
I would not liked to have to dealt with myself during this time.

Fiona dealt with my Medical negligence claim which was recently settled for me after almost 5yrs, My claim became quite a long and complicated process and Fiona remained professional and compassionate throughout and helped and guided me through the whole process. i cannot thank her enough for all her help and hard work. i would highly recommend Fiona and Barcan + Kirby.
