One of the best solicitors I have ever experienced. I have used his services many times over the last 15 years. He gives a consistently great service. He communicates with his clients, is easy to contact by phone or email and doesn't let matters drift. I highly value the service he has given to me and also recently to one of my sons.

Conveyancing
The sale of our house was pretty fraught and Dean was brilliant. He was always at the end of the phone and extremely helpful, knowledgeable - and indeed very patient! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a first class conveyancer.

Excellent service
I am extremely pleased with Dean Skinner who acted as my solicitor for the sale of my flat. He was always very prompt, reliable, communicative and efficient.
