Pepperells have been amazing. If I'm stupid enough ever to get married again and need another divorce which ends up in Court, I'll be asking for Charlotte Tweed. All staff were polite and friendly every time I visited. Very professional indeed and absolutely no beating around the bush/time wasting.

I’m not sure what I was paying for
I’m not sure what service I paid for. Advice given for me to do the work? I’ve never used a solicitor before and believed I needed one to get divorced. I was certain from the beginning that my case was a difficult one but was given lots of reassurance that Charlotte could help. I wanted to walk away from my marriage with nothing as I worried about my mental health with continuing but again convinced that I should not do this. When my case continued to be difficult and money was running out it would be weeks before I heard anything from Charlotte and when I did we talked about things that had already happened and spent all the time recapping? and I was billed for these conversations. I wanted to move forward. Promised she would process things but never did then she left it so long she would “catch up” on old news.
Incorrect paperwork shared with me from BG solicitors.
Last straw for me was when I had been given incorrect information to appeal to the court. All the forms I filled out with Charlottes advice was wrong and the courts dismissed them. Because of this my appeal was lost and my divorce was granted. I walked away with nothing. If I’d just walked away months earlier I’d at least be 1k richer. Total cost was approx 3k! Still not sure what she did for me.
I didn’t want to write this review but Pepperells kept texting and emailing FINAL REMINDERS for me to give feedback.
This is not a slight on you Charlotte.

Advice appointment
Charlotte was very friendly and knowledgeable.
She advised my next steps and made it clear and helpful throughout.
Charlotte also sent the follow up letter within 24 hours which was brilliant

Divorce proceedings
An excellent service was provided by Miss Tweed who sat down with me and fully explained how everything works and what to expect as proceedings progress. It was a lot of information to take in but Miss Tweed promptly followed up our face to face meeting with a very detailed email with all the information in soft copy form for me to go through in my own time but should I need anything explaining again I could contact her by either telephone or email at anytime. Very welcoming & informative service provided and I would recommend the service to others.

Excellent service from Charlotte
Charlotte dealt with us very professionally and was very clear as to what was happening with my divorce. She worked very hard to collect all information required.
I just felt let down by the judge at the court who did not seem to appreciate all the work her and Lara had done, he appeared to want a quick solution, and did not give Charlotte the chance to fight our case to enable her to get the result I had hoped for.
