We dealt with Tinsdilla a couple of times last year. My mum was dying and wanted to sort out her wishes herself. Which the solicitors were brilliant about. Mum was treated with much respect and thought by Emma Marrow. Something that I will always be grateful for.
During this time we had the house up for sale and we dealt with Andrew Burrows, Andrew was great. The house was due to sell just as mum was taken into the Dougie Mac. The purchasers were amazing and wanted us to take whatever time we needed, they would have been happy to wait for us. This was arranged by both of the solicitors should we have needed it. It was a very sad time for us and mum lost her battle 5 days before completion. We wanted to go ahead so that we were following her last wish to make sure Dad would be ok. Andrew and his team were amazing, they dealt with everything smoothly without any unnessecary calls. Tinsdills without a doubt made those last few months much easier for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Will Renewal
I would like to say what a pleasure it was to do this renewal with Emma Marrow, as she was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had already had contact with Emma over another matter and we were pleased with the way that was dealt with, hence why we used her for the above

Probate
Tinsdills were extremely professional with all aspects of Probate issues they were dealing with. They made a difficult time easier in the manner in which they approached matters and dealt with the Probate in a timely manner

Sale of Mother's Property and My Father's Estate
Tinsdills dealt with the sale of my Parent's property and were very helpful throughout. They were always accessible whether by phone, email or even calling in personally at the office where we found the Receptionists very friendly and helpful. The sale went through smoothly where monies and costs were dealt with promptly leaving us very satisified

Making a Will
Thanks to Emma for her help in making my Will. Emma was very helpful and professional, taking the time to discuss my wishes using different scenarios. She also used her expert knowledge to point out various legal requirements, some of which I had never heard of. The Will was received within a few days of our meeting as a draft, which were read and then a visit to meet her at the office was arranged. Wills were signed and sent to the strong room
