Sian O’Neill joined the Litigation team as a Litigation Executive in April 2025. She is based in the Exeter office working alongside Partner, Kathy Trist. She graduated in 2023, becoming an MCILEx and Advanced Paralegal specialising in Civil Litigation. Sian started her legal career as a Litigation Paralegal in 2017, working in professional negligence and general litigation. During that time, she developed a niche understanding of new build disputes and misrepresentation claims. Sian has knowledge in various areas of litigation, including property litigation; contract and consumer disputes; medical negligence; and professional negligence. Sian has a detail oriented approach and enjoys the thorough investigation of cases, which enables her to uncover the best arguments and develop a complete understanding of her clients and matters. She strives to ensure that her clients feel heard whilst providing realistic and level-headed advice. In her spare time, Sian enjoys attending rugby matches, going on hikes with her dog and plays defence in netball.
