Helen joined SP Law in September 2019. Outside of work Helen is a mum of two; Helen loves cooking, especially for dinner parties; she also enjoys the theatre, particularly opera, Helen swims several times a week and enjoys pottering in the garden.

Great service
We used Helen for both buying and selling of our property, and throughout some difficult moments, she really pulled us through. Constantly updating and fighting our corner, to ensure we got where we needed in the end!

Excellent and outstanding service
Second time I have used Sp Law, and just like the first time (last year), their service was excellent. This time around we were sellers and purchasers, and Mrs. Helen went above and beyond to make the transaction happen in spite of a bumpy road and tight time-frames.

Conveyancing goddess!!
Helen was help personified, guiding us through selling our home and buying our new renovation project home. She talked us through all the legalese and even ended up dealing with matters that our vendor’s (awful) solicitor was not dealing with. Thank you.

Personable, professional and tenacious!
Helen and her team were amazing to work with on our recent sale and purchase. We were kept informed throughout and there was always someone available to speak to should we need to, or want to. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt throughout that our move was in very safe hands! I would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone who will listen!!

Helen had to put up with my pushy approach,
Helen dealt with my house sale in March to my satisfaction. I found a new property in May and it was not local but I chose to use SPLaw again. Helen had to deal with my constant emails and calls as I was so keen to get the sale through asap. I was frustrated at the projected time scales on both sale and purchase given in my opinion it is not quick, even with simple straightforward transactions. Years ago it was a much quicker process for me. I don’t know how she put up with me but she did and was able to complete in a shorter time frame than was initially quoted. Thank you Helen and for your understanding and good wishes. I couldn’t be happier and you won’t have to deal with me again as I’ve got my forever home!
