Louise Eady has been practicing in family law since 1994 and qualified as solicitor in 1997. She practised in several firms in East Anglia including Ipswich and Norwich prior to moving to Essex in 2013. She covers all aspects of family law including divorce, matrimonial finances, cohabitation, children disputes (including special guardianship orders), pre-post nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements / declarations of trust. She has experience of dealing with a wide range of cases from straightforward to highly complex and prides herself on developing a close working alliance with her clients and in providing clear and pragmatic advice. Louise is always mindful that her clients are going through a very difficult period in their lives and she handles their cases with sensitivity whilst at the same time working hard to achieve the best outcome for them. A lot of her work comes from recommendations which is something she is proud of.
