We used GA Solicitors for the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Chantelle Oldaker was our solicitor and she was brilliant. Chantelle was helpful, approachable, professional, everything was clearly explained and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would, and regularly do, recommend these Solicitors. They made the process of both the sale and purchase as stress free as possible. Fantastic solicitors, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent people skills
Chantelle was excellent! She was efficient, quick, responsive and thorough. We had a deadline to meet (quick exchange) and she worked to this goal. As importantly, she communicated with us as a person - she has excellent people skills. We were impressed and pleased.

Chantelle was really great to work with, always helpful and able to give clear explainations of what was happening or if we didn't understand a specific part of the process. We found GA Solicitors to be really proactive and availible, in stark contrast to our previous experiences with solicitors. Well Done
Several false starts due to prospective sales falling through but Chantelle was flexible and responsive to change. Contacts were efficient and timely and the pricess felt professionally managed.

Couldn't have asked for a better
Before buying a house I was warned that the worst part would be the conveyancing process - and I'm happy to say this was not the case with Chantelle. She was extremely professional and completed everything with speed and efficiency. She was quick to update me at every step in the process and guided me with the parts I needed to complete. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
