Highly recommend.

Minimal replies
I was not satisfied with my experience but neither was I dissatisfied. I feel like had to do a lot of chasing, a lot of my paperwork was incorrect. The solicitor never seemed to respond to any of my direct emails or when did was not helpful and blunt. I would not recommend.

Calm, knowledgeable, trustworthy.
As an older, single person, selling then buying a home on my own for the first time, I needed guidance on what to many people would believe are simple questions. I was never patronised, but always provided with clear responses to my questions.
I appreciated the clear summaries of legal documentation, and my attention being drawn to specific paragraphs that mattered or required careful consideration.
Responses were prompt, mostly by email, but at specific times I spoke to Kevin or a member of his team. At all times, the company was polite and professional.
They made the process stress free for me, for which I am very grateful.
