Sean has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Employment Law, including TUPE & outsourcing, complex restructures, changing terms and conditions, redundancy, contracts, Settlement Agreements, complex disciplinary and grievance procedures, equality & discrimination, performance management, post termination restrictions and tribunal litigation. During his professional career, Sean has worked with the full range of employer clients including start-ups and local owner-managed businesses through to schools, universities, Local Authorities and other public bodies. Sean also has extensive experience working with individuals and has in the past represented successfully, many claimants in the employment tribunal. Prior to working with ConwayMcColl Solicitors, Sean worked in private practice for a leading national law firm within its Employment Department.
