Great service

Last time a sale, this time a purchase
I have used Biscoes before and was so ppleased I used them again this time to buy a house. I can not reccoment Josh and Laura highly enough. Sale of house in East Cowes
The team were thoroughly professional, helpful and punctual with responses to questions. We were kept very much updated and the job was done as quickly as possible. We cannot recommend Biscoes at Newport, Isle of Wight highly enough

Conveyancing
We needed to find someone to handle our conveyancing quickly after we wasted our time attempting to use a solicitor recommended by the estate agent. From the initial contact with Josh he explained the process clearly and concisely. We were kept abreast of the progress and I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had of a conveyancing solicitor to date. I would definitely use Josh to handle any conveyancing that I require in the future.

Excellent Service
Highly recommend Josh as a solicitor. Right from the very first phone call, Josh was professional, diligent, friendly and above all, informative. Our process stalled on a number of occasions but Josh was always ready to pick up where we had left off and get us to a satisfactory sale. He was also there with excellent advice when the usual stalling questions came in. We will certainly recommend him and will come back to him again once we decide to buy.
