I’m sorry to hear that your experience with Clough & Willis was unsatisfactory. Possession Proceedings can be very frustrating and time consuming. In this instance the process took 6 months from taking instruction on the 8th September to the warrant being enforced on the 6th March. Unfortunately we did make a mistake which resulted in a small delay however in Possession Proceeding matters we are bound by the courts timescales and any delays they might have. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the safe hands of experienced professionals.

Fiona Gaskell was a very good choice to face down our brutish neighbours from Hades in a several-years-long battle in Court principally concerning their attempt to gain land from us, not rightfully theirs, with bullying and violent means- witness 9 convictions for assault, 6 on me and 3 on my wife. With help from the Police and an excellent property litigator with c.30 years experience we won 2 lengthy legal battles. The pugnacious father and son cabal lost out and had to move out by dint of a first charge from Fiona over their house in order to force Court costs. Well done Fiona.
More recently, as my wife gave up horse riding due to several accidents and the ravages of Lady Time, we had a now-unused, leased field with no immediate use in view. The titular field owner( couple) approached us with a proposition to enjoin in an attempt to obtain planning consent for domestic dwellings. Land and development matters were outside Fiona's professional field; so she highly recommended a genial partner -David Leviten- who has now got his teeth firmly into our joint project and we must say that he is razor sharp and deals with some much bigger fish than us. To be frank, at the start we felt his fees were high; that said we are impressed with what he fits into an hour and just how quickly he gains a firm understanding of the nature of the job. It is also amazing just how quickly he returns calls and writes documents/letters. So, on reflection, we can admit to acceptable value. 'Pay peanuts, get monkeys' as the adage goes!
We cannot give the story an ending as there is work to do yet, but we have abundant confidence in how it is being handled.
Thank you all so far including your pleasant office staff.
