Michelle joined Bramsdon & Childs as a Conveyancing Executive in 2024 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Michelle hails from Birmingham and, having moved down to London after working for various commercial solicitors there, moved her family down to Waterlooville where she has lived since 1999. Having moved home herself a few times and coming “through the ranks”, gaining a lot of practical experience, she knows that moving home for the first or tenth time can be very stressful. Michelle provides a sympathetic and supportive role to her clients by removing uncertainties and reducing anxieties. She prides herself on being friendly, understanding and approachable. Her philosophy is “No question is silly if you don’t know the answer”. She is able to advise and assist with all types of residential transactions – sales, purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages, remortgages and the drafting of Declarations of Trust.
