Kirandeep has also dealt with a wide range of cases over the years in Immigration, Family, Wills, Probate and Power of Attorney matters and has a strong interest in developing her skills set. Kirandeep’s main passion is Residential Conveyancing and covers the following: Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases Lease drafting, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages Transfer of equity transactions Auction property transactions. Kirandeep has experience in dealing with first time buyers to investors with a large portfolio and more complex transactions. As well as English, Kirandeep also speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu therefore making it easier to act for a wider range of clients and provide a more comfortable service.
