Mr Farley
Through a mixture of legal naviety and what I would consider bad luck, I found myself in a position of facing serious criminal charges, with guideline sentencing that would be custodial. Having previously been someone with no criminal record and any dealings with the legal system, this was a very worrying situation. This was also during a time when I was dealing with the untimely and tragic loss of my Father.
From the moment when Mr Farley met me at my first hearing with the Magistrates, he quickly put my mind at ease, and explained the process very clearly which in itself brought a great deal of relief. At all times during the rest of my experience, Mr Farley dealt with everything professionally, expertly and compassionately. It was clear by the ultimate outcome and decision by the Magistrate that I could not have asked for a better representative to guide me through this difficult time.
