I recently used Rucklidge Law to write a set of Wills for me and my wife. The process was really straightforward, and Claire Trueman was very friendly and put us at ease immediately. Even though we were talking about an emotional subject, we worked through it really quickly and felt immediate relief that we had finally sorted it out. We had one zoom meeting and everything else was done by email. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rucklidge Law to anyone looking to get their Will sorted out - thanks Claire!

You were very patient.
I am dyslexic so extra time was taken to explain the process. I don’t feel that you could improve your service 100% professional and reliable.

Claire immediately came across as very friendly, and also very responsive to our query – wills are not necessarily something you want to think about, but are obviously necessary and we found her to be very approachable and tactful when dealing with a somewhat difficult subject. She put us at ease and made it a very easy process overall, guiding us with her knowledge and experience and answering any questions we may have had. She was also great at keeping us up to date with progress and completed everything very promptly, which for us was great as it meant yet another thing ticked off our somewhat never ending life admin We were very satisfied with the level of service provided, and would have no doubt in thoroughly recommending her to others (and in fact already have done!).
