Excellent Service for a Residential Property Auction Sale
We used this firm to put together a legal pack and complete the sale process. This sale was straightforward but involved a very tight deadline which was met. This was very important to us
The firm were recommended by the Auction House with the purchaser of the house paying most of the legal fees. We cannot make any comment about the level of fees involved because we have no recent experience of this type of transaction. Circumstances meant that the costs were of secondary importance
We were very pleased that everything appears to have gone very smoothly and the funds even ended up in our account on the day of completion with a full statement at the same time

Excellent service
I used Kevin Ross for the purchase of my commercial property after he came highly recommended, and I wasn’t disappointed.
I found him extremely professional but approachable and was able to have COVID friendly meetings with him .
My emails and queries were always answered promptly and it never felt I was at the back of a long queue and he explained everything clearly to me.
Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again
