100% Transparency from start to finish, always available for advice and communication was always given 100% percent in every aspect of our case nothing was done without prior consultation with us and always delivered in a way that we could understand nothing was too much trouble. This is the First time iv actually wrote on a professional company's website,But i really wanted to let people know at how immensely amazing they are ,They Took on my case and they have always been so supportive every step of the way and nothing has ever been too much on my numerous questions or queries, Mr R. clarke is one of the most kindest and supportive solicitor and is very good at his professionalism of his job I have ever known .He always explains everything to detail on things with my case and always takes the time to make sure i understand everything fully , and he always goes that extra mile to make sure he gets back to you quickly and efficiently no matter how busy he can be. The girls too are always lovely and polite on reception when they meet me or take my calls .Thankyou Taylor Bracewell and Mr R Clarke for everything you are doing for me because what has been somewhat a few years of upset and heartache has been a little easier having you beside me and supporting me along the way .

Very happy, would recommend

Excellent service, great communication
Robert Clarke at Taylor Bracewell has been brilliant. Dispute Resolution Team
I would highly recommend Robert Clarke to anyone having to deal with negligence claims. Robert has been very supportive and empathetic in dealing with my case over the last 18 months. RTA - Personal Injury Claim
Robert took over my case from another law firm that I was pushed towards by my insurance company. The service provided by the original firm was poor and I lost faith in them very quickly.
Robert was able to untangle the mess and get the case back on track, receiving an award in the region of three times what the original law firm were prepared to seek. It might have been more if I hadn't got cold feet.
Despite complications arising from the actions of the original law firm and other factors outside of his control that occurred since the accident, Robert kept me informed at every step of the way, regularly going through available options and the pros and cons of each. He was easily contactable whenever I had a question and was always more than happy to provide an answer or find one if he didn't know right away.
Robert was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his services in a heartbeat. In the nicest possible way I hope I'm never in a situation where I would require his services again, but accidents happen and I wouldn't hesitate to approach him again in the future.

Accident Claim
