Professional. Efficient. Respectful. Approachable.
JNP Legal's website has online chat facility and, despite being after business hours, was staffed by an actual human. Online enquiry to appointment at their Merthyr office was just a week. Particular thanks to Bethan Hill, Chartered Legal Executive, and Sam Hoyland, Client Services Manager, however every interaction with JNP Legal was above par, from whoever efficiently handled my initial enquiry via online chat, to the staff greeting me at reception with clearly high levels of job satisfaction. Professional, efficient, respectful, friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Bethan
Bethan was an appointed to me during a difficult time for myself. From the first meeting Bethan was approachable and down to earth which made the process comfortable. I felt full trust straight away and was able to feel like I could relay my needs and know I was in good hands. During the duration I dealt with Bethan she not only took my case with professionalism but also was able to adapt in a friend like manner when I felt overwhelmed or didn’t understand things being put forward in my case. The emotional rollercoaster I had experienced throughout my situation I had Bethan there as a support and she was with me all the way until closure. Nothing was too much for Bethan, she was efficient, caring, honest and mostly organised. I liked that I could express my feelings and wishes and Bethan almost grew to understand what I meant when I didn’t know how to say what I meant. I will miss the help and advice she has provided but I know someone else is going to benefit greatly from her role. The world needs more Bethan’s in the world fighting your corner. Thankyou for everything you have done for me and all the best in your career.
