Excellent property sales conveyancing

Our previous solicitors pulled out after dealing with our sale for 7 months, this was NOT our fault! I had phoned several solicitors who were too busy to take on our sale. Grace at Taylor Bracewell was our hero! She agreed to take on the sale and promptly sent us all the paperwork. We had to alter boundaries and Grace knew exactly what we needed to do. After our first conversation I knew she understood our situation. Grace was prompt sending out paperwork and helping us understand the process and some of the terminology. I was able to email her direct and she responded quickly. She was helpful, efficient, patient, professional and super efficient. We will definitely use her again in the future, she helped to keep stress to a minimum. She turned the whole process around super quick too. Thank you Grace!

Purchase of 1 Hollin Terrace
