I've completed 5 different UK visa applications by myself before, but this time, applying for ILR felt much more stressful as I had just moved house and several other things were happening in my life. I decided to get some professional help, and Shirin was amazing from start to finish. She took a huge amount of pressure off my shoulders. The thing I appreciated most was her communication. She was always highly responsive, replied quickly with clear answers or action points, and treated my feedback and detailed questions seriously. As someone who was under a lot of pressure and knew how involved the visa application processes could be, I really appreciated her kind, professional, and responsive approach. My ILR decision also came through much faster than we expected, which made the whole experience even better. I'm so grateful to Shirin and her team for all their support, and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their visa application :)
