I am generally pleased with the service provided. Once I established a link to Bimpe, we created a good working relationship which overcame the hurdles which we encountered with this purchase.
I would have liked more communication from the start, with a guideline of all the processes which needed to be achieved. A track record for the customer is a good way to show the progress. I felt that some of the ground work was missed.
Bimpe worked hard to complete the requirements, and I am appreciative that she went the extra mile to get the job done!

The process was generally smooth, although there were a few requests from more junior staff that either duplicated information, or when sent was not clear that it had been received

I received excellent advice and assistance. Everything was timely and the team involved in processing the legal paperwork needed in facilitating the purchase of my apartment always acted professionally.

From the very start communication was nonexistent with us, our estate agent, the rest of the chain, and our purchaser solicitor. We had to constantly chase for updates. A prime example was when we chased our solicitor after 5 weeks of waiting for an answer to a raised query, our solicitor refused to resolve the matter, told us to sort it out ourselves! We were forced to ask the buyer solicitor to answer their own query!
On completion day our estate agent told us the chain was moving and that the purchaser money had gone to Proddow Mackay at 1.30. At 3.45 we had to phone to to find out why we had not received our money as the Proddow Mackay office closed at 4pm when all phone lines went to voicemail as we had heard nothing. We then had to wait 4 days after completion before finally receiving our money with constant chasing.

Process was made simple and efficient with great feedback from Bimpe Gureje and William Holloway.

Helpful and efficient. Process of buying and selling a property was well explained at every stage and good advice given.

Although we felt the need to email or phone on several occasions in order to get up-dates on the process, our sale was handled professionally overall. E-mails were, however, responded to promptly and calls were always picked up or returned the same day. Overall a not unpleasant experience. We will use them again.

This is the second time I’ve used Proddow Mackay services. I’m still glad I used them, they’re very thorough, both this time and during the last occasion. I did have issues initially on this instruction, but it was all sorted and dealt with promptly.
