I can honestly say that Wendy was a pleasure to work with and was very good at keeping me up-to-date during the whole process of my house purchase. My e-mails were responded to promptly and any calls I made were picked up or I would receive a call back within a timely manner. She also kept my interests at heart when liaising with the buyer's solicitors. Overall I have been very pleased with Wendy's professionalism and want to thank her as well as the rest of the team in helping me with the purchase of my new house. I would highly recommend using Proddow Mackay Limited

I used Proddow Mackay for both sale and Purchase and they were nothing short of excellent. Samantha and her assistant Aniko are always polite and kept me updated all the way, with anything more challenging were happy to arrange an appointment for me to meet them in office and help. Overall they made the process very smooth and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very rubbish and stupid solicitor and do not know how to do things professionally.
I complete all the forms for conveyancing which is super long and took me over a week but all after that they said they cannota accept funds from China.
I then suggested that they could probably ask the client in advance first then decide if they can do the case, otherwise it is a waste of time but they do not want to accept my advice. Obviously they have their "certain ways" to handle things which is super stupid.
Btw, do notice if they reply back to this comment, they will say they have their own regulatory process to make things work. Haha, this what they kept saying to me this morning.
If it had a star 0 i would choose that. Do not use them trust me, it will save your world.

I had no idea what to expect from house sale/purchase conveyancing as had not used a solicitor for same for 27 years! P&M were recommended by my selling agent and though I had at least two assistants per conveyance acting for the main solicitor, they all played an equal part in keeping me updated. Yes, it was a lengthy process as there were five people in the chain and at times I thought they'd forgotten about me but once I followed up with my concerns over this wait, I had an immediate response. Moving house is definitely stressful,expensive and more box ticking from years ago but personally had no issues at all.
