I contacted the firm on a Thursday morning regarding a time-sensitive offer, received an initial consultation immediately and free of charge, and had a face-to-face meeting on Friday morning. Julie was not only knowledgeable and professional but also demonstrated a kind and reassuring demeanour throughout the process. She liaised with my employer's solicitors very quickly, ensuring the agreement was ready for signing by Friday afternoon. I was very happy with the quality of the advice and the speed of service. I imagine that most people are well and truly out of their depth by the time they approach a team of Solicitors; we were no exception. But Simon guided us through the process with ease and kindness, explaining everything in layman's terms and ensuring we knew what was happening. I think I'm safe in saying it was not your 'run of the mill' tribunal case, but Simon dealt with all the 'issues' with decorum and grace. We cannot praise him highly enough, he was fantastic, our rock. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team, they were brilliant.

I cannot rate this company highly enough! Simon helped in a situation that could have become very toxic, but due to his support and knowledge he helped steer us to the shore! Without doubt I would recommend these guys for any and all legal services!

In my personal opinion, pretty unethical, did not listen to my instructions, arrogant (imposing his view as he's an experienced solicitor vs listening to the extremely important context) and severe lack of attention to detail (the partner on my case "lost" over 10 of my emails with important instructions that were ignored in his spam - which led to clauses I did not want in documents I had to sign). After dismissing this firm I defended myself with the strategy the partner at Fenton Elliott had advised against and I won (was still left with a hefty bill though, of course). Appalling and left me feeling so alone and frustrated. They erased my Google review twice. Your lawyer is supposed to support & help you and not the other way around.

Chris supported me through a complex and emotionally challenging family matter with clear, strategic advice and strong representation. I always felt well prepared and fully informed at every stage, particularly in navigating high-conflict dynamics. Importantly, he also knew when to bring a bit of humour into the process, which made a very difficult period more manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for his guidance and would confidently recommend him.
