We would highly recommend Jo Barr at IMK Solicitors. The whole process although very stressful, was handled professionally and very personable. Jo was very patient with us, considering we changed the type of Visa half way through the process. The application was submitted on 13th December 2023 and the Visa was granted on the 19th January 2024. My daughter in law arrived in the UK on the 25th January 2024. Having never had need for a solicitor before, my husband and I were worried it would be a very dry, strict and stressful experience, but from the first phone call Farhath made the experience a friendly and informative one. Whenever we had questions during the visa process, the responses were quick and accurate and nothing could compare to the relief of knowing we didn't have to continue to struggle through the ambiguous rules and requirements but instead had someone to explain it every step of the way. The moment the visa decision had been made, we were notified, relieving us of years' worth of stress. Would absolutely recommend.
