I was involved in a RTC as a cyclist in which the driver of a car admitted liability. As a consequence I had a range of physical and psychological injuries. I have dealt with both Richard and Cameron Tippings since October 2021 when I had a cycling incident involving me colliding with the rear of the defendant and him subsequently driving off. This caused a scaphoid fracture, teeth fractures and various scaring and psychological harm.

Something that was important to me from the beginning was they cared about cyclists and would not be bias negatively, I needed 'one of us' on my side. I felt other generic solicitors which I had access to through my union would not have been able to settle this as effectively or with the empathy they have shown.

We are awaiting confirmation of a negotiated settlement in the region of £40,000, of which I would receive upwards of £30,000 which is a cracking result, following meticulous paperwork and organising specialist input.

Although 25% may seem high for legal costs/no win no fee (I'm tight and work for the NHS!), the quality and consistency I have received has made this as good value as possible.
