After a complex case in family court, I cannot thank Richard and his team enough for representing me. They showed total professionalism and were supportive of the fact I had never made any previous court appearances. They were always on hand to ease my anxieties and answer any questions I had. Like other share, we engaged the services of Carpenter Singh for our family court needs, and I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism I expected was not met. First and foremost, I found the communication to be severely lacking. There were significant delays in responding to my inquiries, and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary stress and frustration during an already challenging time. Furthermore, there was virtually zero legal advice or strategy. There were instances where critical issues were not spotted, resulting in unnecessary complications. I felt that attention to detail and thoroughness were lacking, which ultimately affected the presentation of my case. While I understand that legal matters can be complex and challenging, we had hoped for a higher level of expertise and commitment to my case. Unfortunately, we did not feel that my daughter's or my best interests were adequately represented, and it has left me with a deep sense of disappointment. I believe it's important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions when choosing legal representation.
