Used for my Late father-in-laws probate, poor communication, did not return phone calls, delayed email responses, very slow, quoted end of probate should be October, finally finished in march, continuously mixed up who had passed, starting emails with “your late mothers estate” the next email referring to late father, which was very upsetting and showed lack of interest and sensitivity, final bill was expensive considering poor service

We used Percy Walker to help us with both selling and buying. Victoria was very helpful, dealt with our endless questions and provided explanations along the way. Despite this being our sixth move we learned a lot about the process. When in sight of the end Victoria worked tirelessly to achieve the completion date we wanted at rather short notice. Despite all the help, the final fees were just as in the original quotation.
