    In May 2025, due to distressing personal circumstances I sought a non-molestation order. I had no idea of the civil process, costs etc. The Domestic Abuse Alliance and We Protect Ltd referred me to Milner Elledge Solicitors. Charlotte Cummins, CILEX Paralegal was my case handler; she provided excellent and friendly service, explained the process to me in a jargon free manner, and applied for legal aid on my behalf. Milner Elledge Solicitors instructed Adele Rainsford, barrister for my court hearing. At the court hearing, Adele was patience, kind and brilliant. She explained all the options. I was emotional and distressed during this process, and she had empathy for my situation. I am really impressed with the overall service and process took 25 days. The court issued non-molestation order. I would recommend all the organisations and individuals involved, they provided first class service. I hope this review helps people in similar situation.
