James and his team are friendly, efficient and professionally dealt with the sale of my property very quickly without any problems. I was always kept informed of the progress and any questions were swiftly answered. He was able to offer sound advice when needed which was very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending James for any matters relating to the sales and purchases of properties.
James and his team done a grand job for us and made the whole process smooth and trouble free. Their fees were extremely reasonable and I would be more than happy to recommend their services to anybody looking for a conveyancing partner.

We have just moved home and I really cannot recommend Cooper Lingard enough for their services. My partner had a property to sell and used a different firm, his experience was truly shocking so I was worried I would have a similar experience but it could not have been any more different and everything just felt easy! As a naturally anxious character James Baker and Nicola Holland helped me through each step of the way and put my mind at ease. Their communication was exceptional and at no point did I struggle to get hold of anyone to help me with query. If we were to move home again I would not hesitate to reach out to James at Cooper Lingard.

Misdrafted a relative's will resulting in loss of £200,000 to the estate and then lied about it and trying to reclaim the money from beneficiaries. Legal Ombudsman made unprecedented award against them and they still will not admit their basic error. Still advertising as experts in wills and probate. Charlatans.

James Baker dealt with our (abortive) conveyancing. I found him to be very professional and efficient in his advice and was kept up to date on matters progressing. Unlike some other solicitors I have dealt with, he was personable and approachable and always made himself accessible if I ever telephoned the office. Would certainly recommend.

I contacted Cooper Lingard to take on the sale of mums property following her move to a care home. We needed the sale to go through and the funds to start as soon as possible to cover the care home fees.
