⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Milner Elledge highly enough. They have represented me throughout what has been an extremely difficult and stressful family court matter, and I am very grateful for the support and representation I have received. Matthew has always been extremely efficient and responsive. Communication has been excellent, and whenever I have had questions or concerns, I have always felt that they have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I will admit that when I first started dealing with Matthew, I wasn't sure whether he was particularly compassionate, as he can be very direct. However, as my case progressed, I came to see a completely different side of him. I realised that the directness and strength I initially noticed is actually part of what makes him so good at representing his clients. When you are going through an incredibly stressful situation, you need somebody who is able to remain strong, focused and clear-headed on your behalf, while still genuinely caring about what you are going through. I also want to acknowledge the other solicitors and members of Matthew's team who have assisted with my case. Every person I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable and completely on point. It is clear that Matthew has a strong team around him, and I really appreciate the standard of service and professionalism they have shown whenever they have stepped in or assisted with my matter. It gives you confidence knowing that even when you are dealing with another member of the team, your case is still in very capable hands. Mrs Elledge has also been incredibly supportive, and I have really appreciated the care, professionalism and dedication shown by the firm throughout my case. Family court proceedings are unfortunately expensive, and I have spent a considerable amount on legal fees, but I can genuinely say that the service and representation I have received from Milner Elledge have been worth it. Having a legal team that I trust and know will properly represent my interests has been invaluable. In May 2025, due to distressing personal circumstances I sought a non-molestation order. I had no idea of the civil process, costs etc. The Domestic Abuse Alliance and We Protect Ltd referred me to Milner Elledge Solicitors. Charlotte Cummins, CILEX Paralegal was my case handler; she provided excellent and friendly service, explained the process to me in a jargon free manner, and applied for legal aid on my behalf. Milner Elledge Solicitors instructed Adele Rainsford, barrister for my court hearing. At the court hearing, Adele was patience, kind and brilliant. She explained all the options. I was emotional and distressed during this process, and she had empathy for my situation. I am really impressed with the overall service and process took 25 days. The court issued non-molestation order. I would recommend all the organisations and individuals involved, they provided first class service. I hope this review helps people in similar situation.

Milner Elledge have helped me so much over the last 3 years in the separation from my ex husband.
