My partner and I found it very difficult to know which firm to choose when looking for conveyancing services as first time buyers. Delaney Graham offered a competitive fee which included a really clear breakdown of the additional costs to expect, which helped in my decision to choose them.

We had comms with Partner Michael Graham who put an offer in on a property that we wanted, and were lucky enough to secure it. Michael was efficient and worked with us on quite a tight closing date which was appreciated. After this, Chris Harris carried out the work to complete the missives etc, and he was a joy to work with - he was very thorough and always provided quick communication via email/ phone/ in-person when needed. Overall, our experience as first time buyers was very smooth with Delaney Graham, and we would use their services in the future and recommend to others.

My only feedback is that it would be useful if there was a document providing a timeline of the process, specifically for first time buyers, as it can be a very confusing process to navigate on your own. This would’ve made our experience even better.
