Terrible solicitor. Happy to take money, answer the phone start the clock then action nothing! Wish I had known this before. Having zero experience I thought as he was recommended by Ester Bennett from Carmen, Crichton I would be in good hands but it was clearly a back handed referral to a friend.

This review is for a different branch.
Appointed them for access to my daughter. Very little communication, did literally nothing I asked! Almost zero communication and when I did receive some it was incorrect. Contacted Mark and asked to simply forward on a email several times which he didn’t reply too and then when I demanded he send it or I’ll find another solicitor he simply responded “you change lawyers”
