Terrible law firm stay well clear. I had a indicment case, Both John & Bronwyn advised me to plead guilty. I refused & changed my lawyers , when it went to court i was admonished for the case. If i went off their advice i would have been in prison. I also had a warrant issued for my arrest because i wasnt notified of a intermediate diet at Glasgow Sherriff until 2pm that afternoon on the day. after speaking to them on the phone 4 days prior to this. The attitude & communication is very unproffesional. Would have given minus star's if the option was available.

On the day of court John didn’t attend and didn’t even know what I was pleading he sent another lawyer that didn’t know anything about the case and couldn’t even pronounce my second name. I am very disappointed with the way the case was handled and feel very let down

Sexual Assault.

I am a joiner and went to a flat to give a quote regarding a job. The next day I was flabbergasted when my boss phoned me and said the police arrived and said the female claimed I sexually assaulted her. I have a wife and a young child and my family were in a state of shock. I contacted John kilcoyne solicitor after much consideration and hesitation on what solicitor to engage. The service provided was outstanding from the police interview to the eventual trial. I had to instruct two expert witnesses one being a DNA expert. The trial was conducted by John kilcoyne and the performance was outstanding. I was found Not Guilty.

Went to trial today about a dog case and has got the case dropped in middle of trial and has saved my staffordshire bull terrier from getting destroyed. I am beyond greatful and so happy with this outcome.
