Have used this firm more than once. They’ve been competent and efficient. They are not inexpensive however but then, all conveyancing firms are hopelessly expensive for doing what is very straightforward work, much of the time.

Sold a house in Stroud under tight time pressure from our buyer in order to keep his chain together. Ramin kept our sale on track and met the deadlines. Our purchase in Devon was complicated. Our first selected property turned out to have suffered Japanese Knotweed and we were advised to think very carefully about buying it. Good advice. Our second attempt was compromised by the seller revising the title deeds after agreeing the sale. Our third attempt was successful. Throughout all of this we really felt we had a Solicitor who was at our side - giving us good advice and providing timely information. First Class and highly recommended.

It is 52 years since I last used a solicitor. What a nice surprise! I was treated with kindness and respect throughout our meetings. Any problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently. We recently used the conveyancing services of Leeper Prosser in Stonehouse and it proved to be a very positive experience. It was a long drawn out sale & purchase but Jane Hulme made the whole process much more manageable. She was the best conveyancer we have ever used. Her commitment to getting the job done was second to none. She was professional, persistent and a genuinely nice person who was always friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Jane Hulme and Leeper Prosser and I would happily use their services again.

They have been very helpful as we been dealing with a passing of a family member who left my family there estate in there will.
