Emma was absolutely fantastic from the very first meeting. What really stood out to me was that Emma wasn’t afraid to tell me when I was being an idiot! When emotions were running high, she brought me back down to earth and reminded me to focus on what was best for the children. She made me understand that, although we may no longer be husband and wife, we will always be parents. Emma was incredibly patient, approachable and never made me feel rushed. She was also very fair with her fees, which was particularly important to me as I was initially very nervous about spending money on legal advice. Looking back, it was money extremely well spent. Even my wife’s solicitor commented on Emma’s professionalism and told my wife that she had heard of Emma’s excellent reputation, both in court and in the way she deals with her clients. Thankfully we avoided court proceedings but I know I would have been ok with Emma there. I genuinely felt that I was in safe hands throughout. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Emma to anyone who needs a family solicitor. An outstanding professional who combines exceptional legal knowledge with genuine care, honesty and common sense.

I had my first meeting with Kate today and from the outset she inspired positivity in me and the feeling that she will be able to help me achieve the outcome that I need. Kate listened to my concerns and was very proficient in her knowledge of financial issues that need to be confronted when trying to find a fair financial resolution..
