Pigotts are a very efficient and professional solicitor firm. Selling/buying for me was a stress free process. Phone is always answered immediately with a friendly voice on the other end waiting to help with anything. Pigotts were even recommended to us by another firm at the other end of the country for their fantastic and smooth service. I would totally recommend Pigotts.

Pigotts Solicitors are the best Solicitors we have dealt with when buying & selling homes to-date by far!! They are professional, prompt in responding & diligent. Thank You Stephen & Team
I can't recommend Pigotts Solicitors enough! We have just completed on our purchase at Whitfield and are set to collect our keys on 2nd October — by the grace of God, we are officially homeowners! From day one, Stephen Cowell and the team at Pigotts were excellent through and through. What stood out most was his warm reception and the way he made us feel confident throughout the entire process. As buyers, that reassurance means everything. They were professional, responsive, thorough and genuinely caring. Everything was explained clearly, updates were prompt, and we always felt we were in very safe hands. If you are looking for efficient, transparent and truly excellent conveyancing solicitors in Dover, look no further. Thank you so much to Pigotts — we will definitely be recommending you to family and friends. 5 stars!
Pigotts solicitor communications are fast and the sell of my property went smoothly.

The fact that i could visit the solicitors premises to collect and submit paperwork was a real advantage. In addition the fact that members of staff telephoned me to keep me up to date was amazing.

Have used Pigotts several times and have always been impressed with the service. They go above and beyond in the delivery of that service, with very speedy communications which are clear and to the point, no jargon. Not once have I had to chase progress with them. The whole team are cheerful, approachable and very efficient. Stephen is 100% responsive, almost immediately, with any queries. The price is extremely competitive too. 100% recommend.
