I have had a great experience with matt Rowlands solicitors. I first opened a case with them around 4 years ago and it finally came to and this April. throughout this 4 year time period the staff have been really helpful. with the nature of the case being a very sensitive one the staff here where very understanding. The staff talked through every step of the case with me and anything I didn't quite understand they would explain in a way that I would . The communication throughout this case was really good my emails where answered within 2 days and updates where regularly given, as well as emails I had written updates through the post. not to say once or twice I had to reach out via email to get an update, but overall communication was amazing. I want to thank everyone at matt Rowlands solicitors for helping and being so understanding at such a hard time in my life.
First time I gave a review that they generally truly deserve it 10 out of 10 if not 5 out of 5 . Lauretta has been a true professional throughout my claim of housing disrepair, she is a very nice person and knows her job fully. They have other services too which I try in the future even though I live far away from them, I'm sure I'll need them for something else in the future. Xx
