I have had a great experience with matt Rowlands solicitors. I first opened a case with them around 4 years ago and it finally came to and this April. throughout this 4 year time period the staff have been really helpful. with the nature of the case being a very sensitive one the staff here where very understanding. The staff talked through every step of the case with me and anything I didn't quite understand they would explain in a way that I would . The communication throughout this case was really good my emails where answered within 2 days and updates where regularly given, as well as emails I had written updates through the post. not to say once or twice I had to reach out via email to get an update, but overall communication was amazing.
