I instructed Real Legal Limited to do conveyance for purchase of the leasehold property with a share of freehold. As soon as I paid for searches issues started. Wrongly spelled both first and last names, paper work was posted to the wrong address, not responsive, very slow to reply, not answering phone. Enquiries ignored, not answered, share transfer certificate not issued. Can not get hold of anyone, phone goes to the answering machine and emails left ignored. This was my experience as a first time buyer. Completion October 2023.

No communication or updates

Not the best experience so far. No updates on any of the progress, not chasing up on things that needed to be once I did it myself. Not replying to my emails or the estate agents, not providing me with the fixtures and fittings when they arrived, and not asking me if I have any questions before sending them off to the seller. Overall this is taking a long time and I don't even have a mortgage provider involved

Real legal acted for me in a transfer of equity. Muhammad & Kasim dealt with our transfer of equity and they made the process very easy.

The process was fast and efficient. I was kept well informed from the beginning to the end and the process was very easy.

I would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Filed a formal complaint - refuse to acknowledge a week later.

I have filed a formal complaint with Real Legal. They have blocked me on facebook as I asked for someone to get in touch. Instead Hayley who has had my email for a week is refusing to co-operate with me. The firm is a bully, if you leave an honest review they threaten you.

All I am requesting is an acknowledgment of my complaint, which was sent more than a week ago and of course a final written response which I understand will take more time.

To ignore my request to acknowledge receipt of my complaint is most unprofessional.

Bought First House

I bought my first house with real legal and they were so helpful throughout the process. Muhammad and Kasim replied to all my emails within a day and responded to any questions I had quickly and promptly. They completed all the paperwork on time and I was never kept waiting or wondering when the deal would be completed. I was always kept in the loop! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
